Key Accountabilities:

Job Description
- Overseeing all public facilities, infrastructure, commercial buildings and
corporate
office maintenance programs
- Conducting inspection for needed services and repairs
- Maintain and updating the operation and training manuals for the
maintenance department
- Preparing reports (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Directing, maintaining and enforcing the safety program for the
maintenance department, reviewing safety records to
uphold standards of maximum safety.

Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Civil
Engineering.
- Required skill(s): maintenance practices, Reporting.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cakung.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Maintenance/Repair
(Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent

Cluster Management Staff (Tehnik Sipil/Arsitek)
