Position title : Village Promotion Facilitator (VPF)
Duty Station : Yogyakarta, Indonesia
Gross Salary : Rp. 2,450,000
Type of Contract: 4 months (with one month probation)

General Functions:
Under the overall supervision of the Programme Manager and the direct supervision of the Capacity Building and Media Coordinator (CBMC), the Village Promotion Facilitator will assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities related to the Java Reconstruction Fund (JRF)-funded livelihood project in Yogyakarta and Central Java . In particular, he/she will:

1.Conduct regular field visit to the assisted village to liaise with the Village Promotion Teams
2.Give regular updates on the progress of market access related activities conducted by MSE's under the IOM- JRF Livelihood Program
3.Assist IOM Marketing & Promotion Taskforce (IMPROTA) to provide all required data related to the MSEs market access activities post exhibition such as; follow up buyer relations
4.Assist IMPROTA to actively sit in the Village Promotion Team internal meetings and provide feedback on to the taskforce on pending and recommended action plans needed based on the progress monitored
5.In coordination with the Community Engagement Team and IMPROTA, liaise with village leaders to keep them updated on the progress of Village Promotion Team activities
6.Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Desirable Qualifications:
- University student of related education and professional experience.
- Experience in preparation of simple report and carrying out data entry.
- Computer literate (Corel design, Photoshop, word-processing, spreadsheet, e-mail exchange).
- Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility, drive for results, respect for diversity, creative thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and public relation skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in team situations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
