HSEC Engineer (Code: HSEE) – Merak based

Job Scope:
- Development and implementation of the HSECMP;
- Implementation of HSEC component of training plan;
- Ensure adherence to Site induction process;
- Liaising with HSEC Coordinator in regard to Site Services. Medical Centre, Site Security and Emergency Response Teams;
- Attend the Project HSEC Committee meetings;
- Develop system for severe weather, fire and emergency evacuation procedures per Company procedure;
- Assist contractors and the Project Management team in achieving Project HSEC performance goals and compliance with the Project HSECMP;
- Conduct daily Safety Interactions;
- Conduct audits of HSEC Management plan;
- Assist when required with the investigation of all reportable incidents;
- Attend random daily pre-start and weekly toolbox meetings;
- Encourage hazard identification and reporting by all site personnel;
- Attend the monthly project HSEC committee meetings;
- Undertake bi-monthly project HSEC system audit;
- Undertake weekly formal Project field inspections and;
- Conduct ongoing induction & training as necessary
- Conduct HSE Internal Audit

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree Graduated S1 Technical or Engineering Back Ground
- Male, age max 40 years old
- Min. 2 years experience in Construction
- Fluent in English (Both written and oral)
- Understanding on HSE especially on Construction
- 5 years experiences in EPC Industry
- Good English Skills
- Ability to work from concept to implementation strategy
- Good knowledge in Heavy and Construction Equipment
- Good presentation and selling skills
