Hydrate Management Engineer

Responsibilities ;
- Review all necessary Pre-FEED documents and studies available at the Company related to hydrate managements
- Develop the hydrate management philosophy
- Develop the hydrate management strategy
- Develop the hydrate management procedures
- Evaluate the hydrate management operability
- Prepare a list of hydrate management related design requirements to be included in FEED documents.
- Status reporting
- Responsible to Head of Production Operations for delivery of the recommended design and its related documentation.
- Will stay in Company's Jakarta office until he completes design recommendation.

Requirements :
- Shall hold a recognized relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Have at least 15 years of oil and gas engineering experience and 8 years in offshore gas production operations
- Be competent of actual offshore gas production operations in terms of hydrate managements
- Be competent of actual offshore pipeline depressurization/blowdown operations as one of the hydrate managements
- Be competent to write up procedures of offshore pipeline depressurization/blowdown operations for hydrate managements
- Be competent of actual offshore operations regarding continuous injection of thermodynamic hydrate inhibitors such as MEG
- Be competent of preparation of design basis and philosophy documents for hydrate managements
- Be competent of actual offshore operations in liquid handling managements such as slugs
- Be competent of preparation of design basis and philosophy documents for slug handling managements
- have a sound appreciation and knowledge of HSE aspects of oil and gas design, Safety aspects of design in relation to the project cycle e.g. HAZOP, HAZID and Risk Analysis technique.

SHE Senior Advisor

Job Requirements:
- Provide positive leadership to promote safety culture and environmentally sound, and to be customer focus oriented whereby the entire ABI team.
- Administer and facilitate strategy and implementation of communication of SHE related, aligned with ABI (and AOG) communication program such as SHE briefing, bulletin, lesson learnt, etc.
- Manage ABI Emergency Response Team and associated processes (recruitment, training procedure, etc) during steady state conditions.
- Assist, share knowledge, provide advise and recommendation for ABI and its Project team to handle and administer all SHE issues, including non-conformance product/service system, accident/incident reporting and investigation system, corrective/preventive action and lesson learnt system.
- If necessary, identify the documented method needed to improve SHE Management System performance to support ABI and its project operational.
- Gather and provide information, preparing and administering data/report prior to be informed and evaluated by ABI, project, AOG global/regional. The type of reports to be periodically organized shall include , at a minimum :

- Monthly non-conformance product/service, including its Corrective/Preventive Action status (if applicable) status.
- Monthly accident/incident, including its Corrective/Preventive Action status.
- Monthly Corrective/Preventive Action Request (CAR/PAR) raised by Auditor.
- Monthly man hour, statistic and SHE Performance.

- Handle and control all of documents of SHE Management System prior to be issued published and used.
- Ensuring all relevant version of documents of SHE Management System are available at point of use, it's including relevant documents for site location or remote area.
- Maintain electronic folders of Management System in server and hard print when practicable.
- Plan and conduct internal audit, inspection, site visit, and safety walk.
- Monitoring and disseminating awareness of any legal / regulatory changes related to their functions.
- Supervise Project SHE Officer for SHE matters.

Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in EP or C or OM contractor/oil & gas business as SHE Advisor (or equivalent) position.
- Good knowledge of principal International recognized standard for Management System minimum ISO 9001or ISO 14001or OHSAS 18001.
- Having knowledge of local specific and common international legislation in Occupational Health & Safety, Environment, Quality Assurance, Inspection/Testing and Certification.
- Having experiences and involve in activities of maintaining and administering of SHE Management System such handling of nonconforming product/service, plan and define corrective or preventive action.
- Having experience in auditing activities.
- Able to develop integrated (or individual) Project SHE Plan/Objectives, strategies for small and medium project/contract size.
- Excellent communications in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Indonesia
