Operation Support & Explosive Coordinator – Jakarta
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
* Aktif dalam mempromosikan persyaratan HSE untuk kontraktor dan dimasukan kedalam dokumen tender.
* Mendukung pelaksanaan proses CSMS, baik hubungan didalam maupun diluar.
* Memastikan kontraktor mengerti dan patuh dengan Peraturan dan Prosedur HSE Perusahaan sebelum memulai sebuah pekerjaan.
* Mengkoordinasikan semua program peledakan (atas nama Kepala Teknik Tambang PHE ONWJ), untuk mendukung kegiatan pengeboran dengan berkoordinasi baik dengan pihak dalam maupun luar Perusahaan.
* Mengkoordinir seluruh perjanjian kerja dengan para kontraktor Security untuk mendukung keamanan dan kegiatan Perusahaan dengan memproses, memonitor dan melakukan closing kontrak.
* Mengkoordinir anggaran Security, termasuk AFE, mulai dari tahap persiapan, monitor dan laporan tahunan untuk mendukung program Security.
* Mengkoordinir seluruh invoice kontraktor dan BPMIGAS untuk memastikan pembayaran dilakukan tepat waktu.
* Memastikan seluruh perijinan yang terkait dengan kegiatan peledakan disimpan dengan baik dan selalu siap apabila dibutuhkan dengan berkoordinasi dengan seluruh pihak yang terkait.
* Memastikan kelanjutan kontrak-kontrak di Department Security, baik secara finansial maupun administrasi.
* Membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan baik dengan para user (departemen lain), manajemen Perusahaan, perwakilan pemerintah (BPMIGAS, Kepolisian dan MIGAS) dan para kontraktor.
Persyaratan
* Minimal lulusan S1 dengan pengalaman lebih dari 5 tahun sebagai pimpinan di bagian Security. Lebih disukai memiliki sertifikasi penanganan peledakan.
* Memiliki keahlian dalam mengkoordinir administrasi peledakan terutama dalam hubungannya dengan Peraturan Kapolri No. 2 Tahun 2008 mengenai Pengawasan, Pengendalian dan Pengamanan Bahan Peledak Komersial.
* Memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup mengenai bisnis oil & gas; PTK 007 revisi 2009 mengenai administrasi kontrak dan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan keuangan seperti AFE, pembuatan anggaran dan lain-lain.
* Menangani hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan penangan peledakan baik secara kontrak maupun pelaksanaannya.
