Main job descriptions:
- Discussing with customer about the business process requirements
- Configuring application according to customer's requirements
- Transfer knowledge/training about business process and application to customer
- Doing LIVE preparation, such as: data transfer, application setting, etc
- Monitoring the implementation process: supervising user data entry, providing direction and solution to problems or errors Documenting project, including click guide development
- Documenting project, including click guide development
- Developing forms and reports (development background only).
- Update Project Manager on the progress of the programming task on periodic basis
- Give new idea to improve image, quality and performance of the products/services of the company in order to improve customer satisfaction
General Requirements:
Information Technology and or Computer Degree (related background) from reputable university, having 5 years experience in software project
Technical Skill Requirement :
- Microsoft Office
- SQL Language
- Microsoft Windows XP, Server 2003, SQL Server 2000/2005
- Internet Information Services
Soft Skills:
- Having good presentation skills;
- Good problem solving, analytical and Leadership skill;
- English oral and written is must;

Software Test Leader
Essential Functions:
1. Software Test Leader is responsible for managing teams of software test engineers;
2. Manage the teams to perform at or above the customer's expectations;
3. Assigning engineers to projects and creating career development opportunities for all team members;
4. Responsible for managing continual software test improvement efforts (both technical and process improvements);
5. Identify areas for improvement, setting the vision and goals of each improvement effort, collaborating with engineers on improvements, training, implementing, prioritizing and measuring the effectiveness of improvement efforts.
6. Responsible for managing software test efforts in support of several products and multiple projects for each product.
7. Primary point of contact for product level information, specifying what process each test effort will follow, specifying the tools that test will use for each project, tracking test progress, requisitioning test equipment and test software, training & mentoring leads in their responsibilities and working with leads to resolve root causes of missed project milestones;
8. Responsible for adoption and execution of the Master Test Process as well as using technology to continually shorten test cycles and improve quality.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor´s degree in information technology or the equivalent combination of related training, proficiency and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Exhaustive knowledge of test theory, practice, strategies and tactics required;
- Knowledge of and experience with iterative and waterfall software development lifecycle methodology’s required;
- Knowledge of and experience with test and development technologies to include C#,VB.net, C++ and .NET required;
- Knowledge of and experience with test automation strategies and implementation required.
